Seller Sets Options

When creating a listing, the seller can select one or more of the following options:

• Pickup only.
• Delivery only.
• Both pickup and delivery.

Additional Fee & Radius

The seller can set an additional fee to be charged in addition to the sale price if the buyer selects the delivery option. A radius (km) from the sellers location will be set.

Buyer's Choice

The buyer can choose to collect or have delivered depending on which options the seller has selected. The buyer can contact the seller to discuss alternative arrangements in the private messaging feature.

Pickup option

If pickup is selected:

• The buyer collects the materials directly from the seller’s location.
• Collection time and access details are arranged in private messaging.
• Buyers should ensure they have suitable transport for the items.

Delivery option

If the delivery option is selected:

• The seller must deliver items or arrange for items to be delivered.
• At time of purchase the buyer must review delivery area and confirm delivery location is covered.
• The buyer must pay any additional fee noted in the listing at time of purchase.

Confirming delivery or pickup

At material handover, materials should be checked to confirm items match the listing description, condition and quantity. Once confirmed and exchanged:

• Seller marks order as "Materials Collected/Delivered"
• Buyer marks purchase "I Have Received My Order"

Important notes

• Always review the delivery/pickup options before purchasing.
• Confirm all logistics before finalising arrangements.
• If there are any issues with the goods, do not confirm completion until resolved.

For your protection:

• Keep all communication within Build Mat Mart.
• Use safe and appropriate meeting locations for pickups.
• Ensure delivery arrangements are clearly agreed before handover.
